The Challenge: Six weeks prior to the PGA Show, The Greg Norman Collection and PAi became partners. Greg Norman’s goal was to fully expand their whole accessories line. They wanted new ideas and new products, and wanted it all in time to release at the PGA Show. This gave PAi six weeks to design, develop, and ship a complete line.
The Solution: Because of PAi’s sales, design, manufacturing, and established credibility within the marketplace, PAi was able to make Greg Norman’s vision a reality. In 6 weeks, we designed, sampled, manufactured, and presented a complete accessories line for Greg Norman, which included belts, bags, headwear, and hosiery. Product samples, catalogs, order forms, and price sheets, were in the hands of the Greg Norman reps by the start of the PGA show.
The Challenge: Kaanapali Golf Resort was looking for unique, trendy, fashion forward cap designs – not the typical golf cap that most golf headwear suppliers offer.
The Solution: Because PAi is more than a golf headwear manufacturer, and continues to be the most diversified apparel, accessories, and headwear corporation in the market with a 30 person design team, we were able to deliver for Kaanapali. PAi offered them cutting edge designs inspired by the new and emerging techniques and trends our artists use on a daily basis in other divisions. With production of almost 3,000 caps to date, and requests for even more art, we expect our business with Kaanapali to only continue to grow.
The Challenge: Nike needed championship shirts printed, labeled, stickered, packed, and ready for customer pickups within 12 hours at a site location close to the 2009 MLB World Series champion.
The Solution: By utilizing four different onsite print shops spanning three states, PAi successfully printed the largest volume of MLB World Series championship t-shirts to date. Because of our manufacturing and distribution expertise, PAi was able to efficiently and effectively organize art, ink, goods, production, and the reality of Nike’s challenge.
