- To support the operations directors, managers, supervisors, and their teams to perform their ever changing job functions to support our customer needs.

- I literally have grown up at PAi. Starting as a purchasing clerk, then to a buyer, then to the manager of planning and scheduling, then director of purchasing, then to director of production operations, and then to my current job.

- Because we are in so many channels of distribution, every day there are different opportunities for us to pursue, so it keeps things very interesting.

- Overall I am responsible for the sales at PAi. All of the sales department managers report to me and we work together to drive the business. Also I am responsible for finding and negotiating licenses and looking for new business opportunities for PAi, including new accounts, new products and new categories of product.

- I always want to see improvements being made on a continual basis. I look for improvements that can be implemented in the Accounting department, as well as assisting other departments with improvements since most things are intertwined and in the end effect accounting and reporting.
